Riverbrook Digital Design provides custom design services, digital artwork, and select print products. By engaging with our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have the permission of a guardian.

2. Services Provided

Riverbrook Digital Design specializes in custom design projects tailored to client specifications. Services may include:

  • Custom digital design work (e.g., event posters, branding)

  • Limited-edition prints and artwork

  • Photography and photo-based artwork

Note: We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders that do not align with our brand standards or violate our policies.

3. Ordering and Payment

Order Process: All orders and custom design requests are made through our website. Once a design brief and quote are agreed upon, we will initiate the design process.

Payment: Full payment is required before commencing custom design work. Payment options are provided at checkout and are subject to processing terms from third-party payment providers.

4. Revisions and Approval

We offer a limited number of revisions as part of the design package. Any additional revisions or major changes outside the initial project scope may incur extra charges, which will be discussed prior to work.

5. Delivery and Turnaround Times

Delivery times vary depending on project scope and complexity. Estimated delivery timelines will be provided after confirming the order and requirements.

Digital Deliverables: Digital files will be sent via a secure link or email once the final product is approved.

Physical Products: Physical items, such as prints or merchandise, are shipped to the address provided during checkout. Riverbrook Digital Design is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers.

6. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Due to the nature of custom design work, we do not offer refunds once the design process has begun. However, refunds may be considered if the order is canceled prior to any work starting.

Returns: Physical products are eligible for return only in the case of damage or defects. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product with photographs and a description of the issue.

7. Intellectual Property and Usage Rights

Riverbrook Digital Design retains copyright over all custom designs unless explicitly transferred in a written agreement. Custom designs are licensed to clients for personal or commercial use as agreed upon but may not be resold or redistributed without prior consent.

9. Limitations of Liability
